Offering new techniques to help those who suffer from pain, Dr. Richard
P. Brown and his wife, Dr. Patricia Gerbarg, teach you how to dissolve your
pain. The gentle movement and breathing practices of Breath~Body~Mind
activate anti-pain, anti-inflammation, and anti-stress effects of the parasympathetic
nervous system. Through Open Focus Attention Training the mind learns how
to dissolve emotional and physical pain.
